Sadly my experience was only by phone and email , as I we are around 160 miles away from the bmw centre, the delivery was by transport to us which went very well very happy with the way this was organised

Amy was brilliant, helpful and friendly and understanding of my concerns. However the valet side of service is inexcusable. I wanted this to be a 5/5 but I just can't excuse the experience I have had unless BMW can prove otherwise.

Had to be very pushy to get a realistic service completion time on the day and was told one electrical technician has left, one off sick and only one person working. Quite frankly not my problem and clearly trying to do servicing on the cheap.

Extremely poor valet when I first received the car. Took a while to rebook and even then wasn't perfect Rattling noise, I found to be coins in air vent, booked twice to investigate Badge fell off, informed garage a week in advance yet not in stock

They appear to have done a good job quite quickly. Only comment I'd make is the damaged tyres could have been reported as a more serious problem.

Excellent service as always. Always very polite and efficent. Kept fully up to date with progress of works and issues resolved. Electric Courtesy car provided with full explanation of controls and charging. Car washed and cleaned inside as well.

Car was squeezed in at short noice so unable to get a waiting appt and I had agreed to stay at dealership all day but on the day I was on crutches and in pain and they managed to get the work done and get me on my way early - really great service.

Regularly dealt with Liam and Amy these past 7 years. Whilst diagnostic check found no alarm fault, full investigation of wiring, o/s/r door completed with advice to return if false alarm activation recurs.

The service was fine, the car was cleaned which was a nice bonus, but the customer care could have been better. There is also no designated parking spots for dropping cars off for a service.

The girl who processed my service (Amy), managed to find me a saving on the total cost and did so with a smile and a very professional attitude. The staff who greeted me got me a tea and some biscuits and the service itself was quicker than expected

I was told that BMW know there is a problem with brake notificaton but have no solution - worrying. Battery - i was told depends on weather, but my car is charged in garage where the temp around the 55-60 degree mark.

Did not keep me updated on time frame of repairs. Just tried to keep vehicle all day just because was a recall an free service. Which took couple of hours. After dropping car off an Queuing at 8.00 am, an not picking vehicle back up at approx 3/4 pm

A wonderful experience on every visit. The reception and sales staff are simply outstanding, and a real pleasure to deal with. Limited exposure to service staff, seemed somewhat inconsistent verging on suboptimal. Room for improvement on attitude.

I took my car for service n I was sent a quote for new wipers n I declined and they still changed them n billed me. My car was also supposed to be washed and cleaned and I got it back dirty. When I asked they said pipes froze but nobody told me prior
