General experience was very good, but courtesy car had literally no fuel in (warning light came on about 100 yards from the garage), and the valet of our car wasn't great.
Staff were efficient & responded to comments; the loan car could have been cleaner and I'm advised by the dealer that it is addressing this as a matter of protocol for future loan cars.

BMW 'Duty of Care' is meaningless. After discussion with her manager I was advised the car still had to be returned that night. I had no other way of returning home (20 miles) in rush hour traffic other than to drive my own vehicle.

Very happy, car need repairs and only had days left on the warranty, the car was in and out in two days, all under warranty, excellent!!!

Following a health check some things were discovered, which was fully explained to us. I also received an email which enclosed a video of the technician going round the vehicle pointing out the things that required attention, which was very helpful.
Courtesy car not clean but apart from this everything else ok.

I had no phone call to inform me my car was ready also to let know which service they had completed and if it had passed its first MOT, the return delivery drivers just turned up with my car !!
i was told that i could wait for my car to be done and it would take just over an hour to be done i waited over 2 hours in the end

The service was conducted as expected and I was updated promptly once it was completed. Courtesy car was of equal quality to my own which is a nice touch - for me this is something which gives BMW ownership a more upmarket feel from mainstream brands
Car went there for recall work and charged £15 to lower the insurance excess whereas I have not before as warranty. They make it up as the go along.
Because I was kept fully informed at each stage of the service and my twelve year old car was returned looking like new.

No car available for me to use to go to work as during my service the car needed a new tyre which was not in stock, but would be fitted the next day. However I was given a lift home which enabled for me to use my motorcycle but lost 2 hours pay .
